NOFAA celebrates first anniversary, outlines public welfare achievements of the year

NOFAA (Noida Federation of Apartments Owners Association) celebrated its first anniversary on 24 November 2018. Mr. Rajesh Sahay hosted the programme with his team.

The function was held at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra, Noida.

Union Minister of state Dr. Mahesh Sharma was the chief guest for the function which was also graced by Noida MLA Pankaj Singh and Gautam Budhha Nagar SSP Dr. Ajay Pal Sharma as a Guest of honour.

Noida authority General Manager Rajeev Tyagi also joined the programme.

Hundreds of residents of the Noida apartments were present there to support NOFAA and celebrate their first anniversary.
Various cultural dance and singing performances by children and residents of apartments were organized at the occasion.

Children also performed Nukkad Natak to create awareness on issues.

People doing welfare works for the apartments were also honoured.

Event highlighted the achievements and the ongoing works of NOFAA for the welfare of apartments.

Minister of State Dr. Mahesh Sharma congratulated NOFAA for their first anniversary and assured them that he is always there to help and support the organisation for the betterment of Noida apartments.

He also said to the people that “if people are standing there to support him he will be there for any work and support”.

Invoking the example of a horse and horse-rider he said, “Horse and the people of Noida as his Horse rider”.
“If people wanted to ride the horse for the welfare they just have to tighten the halter’ he added.

He also emphasized on the issue of voter list corrections and made people aware about the of voter id cards.

MLA Pankaj Singh praised NOFAA for their outstanding work for the welfare of apartments.

He also said that “NOFAA is helping the RWA’S by giving them a common platform to discuss about the problems of the apartment and to solve them as soon as possible”.
He also added that “Noida people are very well concerned about the issues and participates actively in the working of the authorities”
He suggested authorities to develop Noida according to the needs of the residents.

Noida authority general manager Rajeev Tyagi also congratulated NOFAA for their anniversary and praised them for their work and achievements.
He later added “to bring a change in the mindset of people towards Noida”
He asked people to make it “Our Noida” and bring a sense of self belongingness towards the city.
He thanked people to support Noida authority in various works like planting of trees, Noida authority had planted around 3 lakh saplings in just three months.
He also emphasizes on the increasing pollution issue and told people to have a proactive approach in solving the pollution problem.

Gautam Budhha Nagar SSP Dr. Ajay Pal Sharma also congratulated NOFAA for their anniversary and praises them for their outstanding work done for the welfare of the apartments.
NOFAA thanked each and every authority of Noida and also the members of NOFAA in making NOFAA success story in just one year and assured the residents to continue the welfare work as long as possible.
