Noida-Greater Noida and YEIDA remain big gainers of ground breaking ceremony, huge investment to lead to thousands of job creation

Noida is said to be the show window of Uttar Pradesh and making the statement true Noida and Greater Noida remain one of the most preferred investment destinations for big projects especially those related to the IT and electronics. Region had received huge investments during investors summit and during yesterday’s ground breaking ceremony total of 81 projects worth Rs 61,846.67 commenced at Indira Gandhi Pratisthan Kendra, Lucknow on Sunday.
Out of this 61 thousand crore Greater Noida , YEIDA region and UPSIDC region received an investment of 18 thousand crore especially those related to the IT and electronics sector. This investment will lead up to generation of around 50 thousand jobs.
Greater Noida region has received most of its investment in mobile manufacturing unit and electronic items. It will be developed as mobile manufacturing hub. Foundation stone has been laid of two mobile units namely by Tecno and Intex with a investment of 5500 crore each. This will generate employment for thousanda of people.
Apart from this Noida also received heavy investment mostly pertaining to open exchange clusters.
OSD Noida Authority Rajesh Kumar Singh said, “ Noida region had received highest investment in Open Exchange Clusters (at World Trade Centre) worth Rs 10,000 crore project for developing an electronic manufacturing zone that will be come up in Noida. This will generate employment for many thousand people.”
While the YEDIA region also had grabbed some big investment in the region.
Shaliendra Kumar Bhatia, OSD YEDIA told that “With a investment of 21 hundred crore a Patanjali Food Park will be developed in the region that will help in generating employment for around eight thousand people. Patanjali all ready had a under construction food and herbal park in the region and this will be the second unit. Apart from this Bikanervala and Yatharth farma will also setup their unit here.” All this will lead up to generation of employment for local and migratory population living in the region.
