Noida takes lead in UP, Drive in vaccination to start from May 17

In a big relief for the citizens of Gautam Buddh Nagar, the city of Noida will soon have two drive in vaccination centers.
From May 17, Monday onwards, there will be two drive-in vaccination centres in Gautam Budh Nagar, one in DLF Mall of India and another one will be in Greater Noida Stadium, informed the district administration.
The drive-in vaccination facility will be open for those who are aged above 45 years and already registered themselves on the Co-Win portal. Both the drive-in vaccination centres will cater to the residents who are taking their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
While this is going to be first such centre in the state, many drive in vaccination facilities have come up in different parts of India. Though, waiting time at such centers is a cause of concern, the safety and isolation that it offers, makes more than up for it.
