Padsalgikar to succeed Javed as Mumbai police commissioner
Senior IPS officer Datta Padsalgikar was today named as the new Police Commissioner of Mumbai.
Padsalgikar will take over tomorrow and succeeds Ahmed Javed, who has been appointed as Ambassador to
Saudi Arabia.
