PayTM CEO lauds BJP government, says Massive Development Happening in India

New Delhi (India), 10th June 2023: PayTM founder and CEO praised the BJP government and the immense development the country has achieved in the 9 years they have been in power.

Vijay Shekhar Sharma is an Indian business magnate and technology entrepreneur. He is the founder, chairman, and managing director of One97 Communications, which was created in 1997, as well as its consumer brand Paytm, which he launched in 2010.

Replying to a user’s tweet the mega-millionaire said, “When I talk to international investors and analysts everyone has single opinion : there is massive on ground development happening in India. These numbers are staggering and can’t be ignored.”

The Tweet he was responding to, also lauded the work done by the BJP government, especially in the development of infrastructure.

The tweet said, “India will build more national highways and rail lines from 2015 to 2025 than it built from 1950 to 2015. Yes, 10 years > 65 years.”

Quoting more facts the user stated, “The highway length is on course to cross 180,000 km registering a growth of 133% by 2025′ as per a Bank of America analysis in August 2022.”
