Petitioners seeks gag order on Bharat Jodo Yatra, says its causing traffic problems

Kerala, Sept 21st, 2022: A petition seeking the regulation of Congres’s ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra has been filed in the Kerala High Court after the foot march is found to have been causing major roadblocks in the state.

The petitioner stated that the yatra has been causing roadblocks and traffic jams and sought means to divert traffic and create space.

Rahul Gandhi and the Kerala Congress Committee President K Sudhakaran have been named as the respondents in the petition.

The Kerala HC is likely to consider the plea on Thursday.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, party workers, his followers, and others will continue their yatra in the southern state of Kerala for 18 more days.
