Rescue operation culminates in #AirIndia crash, 15 dead, 137 injured!

As many as 15 people are reported to be dead and 137 are injured following an accident at runway of Kozhikode airport.

While the official sources have confirmed the death of 15 people, state Health Minister KK Shailaja says,’14 dead in Air India Express flight crash landing incident at Kozhikode. Those injured rushed to Kozhikode Medical College and other nearby hospitals. Those admitted are having serious injuries’

As per latest update, 14 people are said to have serious injuries at the moment.

There were 174 passengers in the aircraft.
