RWA group wants school to pay boy who lost arm

 Two days after a class VIII student, Priyanshu Chauhan of Vishwa Bharti Public School in Greater Noida, lost his right arm in an accident, the umbrella body of residents’ welfare associations in the city has demanded a proper compensation for him from the school authorities.

In a letter dispatched to the Gautam Budh Nagar city magistrate K P Singh and district inspectors of schools (DIOS), on late Tuesday night, the Federation of Noida Residents’ Welfare Associations (FONRWA) said the responsibility for students’ safety and well-being lies with the administration of the school.
