Samajwadi Party to elect new legislature party leader, Mulayam Singh Yadav not invited; rift continues
Lucknow, Mar 16: Samajwadi Party is likely to elect a new legislature party leader after the party’s poor show in Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017. As per the reports, SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav has not been invited to the meeting which has given indications that the war between the Akhilesh Yadav-led faction and Mulayam Singh-led faction hasn’t been resolved yet despite their efforts to make a truce between the warring factions. The reports also have it that Shivpal Yadav is also likely to skip the meeting.
