New Delhi, 29th August, 2022: The Supreme Court on Monday said that it will not intervene and halt NEET-PG 2022 counselling because it cannot jeopardise students’ lives.

The NEET PG counselling procedure will commence on September 1, as scheduled.

While hearing a petition concerning NEET PG 2022, the Supreme Court stated that the counselling will take place as scheduled.

Aspirants questioned the authorities last week about their decision not to postpone NEET PG but instead to hold counselling three months after the exam.

Several NEET PG hopefuls requested in May that the NEET PG 2022 exam be postponed by 40 days due to a conflict with the present NEET PG 2021 counselling.

The registration process for round one seat allotment will take place from September 1 to 4, till 12 noon, and fees can be paid until 8 p.m.

The choice filling window will be open from September 2 to September 5 through 11:55 p.m.L, and the results will be announced on September 8.
The reporting period for round 1 will be from September 9 to September 13.
