GREATER NOIDA News (11/01/2026): Indus Food 2026, Asia’s leading Food and Beverage (F&B) trade exhibition, commenced at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, drawing strong participation from domestic and international industry stakeholders. Spread across 120,000 square metres, the three-day exhibition is being held from January 8 to 10 and has emerged as a key platform for fostering global trade linkages in the food processing and agri-export sectors.

The inaugural day witnessed the presence of prominent industry leaders, including Abhishek Dev from APEDA, Mohit Singla of the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), Jens Wolfgang Michel from Abu Dhabi Food Hub, and Ashish Kumar Agrawal of Bhikharam Chandmal. Several exhibitors highlighted significant export interest and business opportunities generated during the event.

Speaking to Ten News Network, Aman Sharma, Senior Executive – Compliance and Export Marketing at Bikaji, said the brand has been a consistent participant at Indus Food for over five years. This year, we showcased our frozen sweets, frozen snacks, and ethnic snack range. A special attraction was our category-wise festive gift boxes designed for Ramadan and Diwali, along with innovative packaging concepts, he said.

Aman Sharma noted that the response from international buyers was particularly encouraging. We have established strong connections for expansion into European markets and engaged with new distributors. This exhibition has opened doors for further global expansion, and we are confident of converting these opportunities into long-term partnerships, he added, while also praising the venue, organisation, and business-focused visitor profile.

Sharing similar sentiments, Zafar Manalodi, Managing Director of Kozhi Koden’s Agro Foods and Exporters Private Limited, Kerala, said the company received an overwhelming response from overseas buyers. Zafar Manalodi further stated that Kozhi Koden’s is already exporting to over 27 countries and sees the exhibition as a gateway to entering new international markets. The facilities provided here are excellent, and we are extremely satisfied with the overall experience, he remarked.

Amritpal Singh Bajwa, Director of Bajwa Foods, also highlighted strong export enquiries during the event. Bajwa Foods is a farmer-centric company, working in the canning and processing segment. Our product portfolio includes mushrooms, tomatoes, baby corn, sweet corn, and traditional items like sarson ka saag, he explained.
