Stung Aam Aadmi Party says it will sue portal
The AAP mounted a strong defence of its ‘stung’ candidates on Friday, saying it would file a criminal defamation case against mediasarkar.com after the web portal that had carried out a sting operation — allegedly showing AAP candidates willing to take illegal cash — refused to hand over raw footage to the party.
