Suncity World School celebrated its 11th annual fiesta ‘Saturnalia’

Amid joy, fun and knowledge, the Suncity World School celebrated its 11th annual fiesta ‘Saturnalia’ – a cosmic carnival in the month of December. Emanated with a welcome speech by Ankit Goel, Vice Chairman, Suncity School, Gurugram conversing about the student’s hard work and promising for more amelioration.

The Annual celebration was acclaimed in the presence of Mr. Darshan Singh-Chairman-Welham group of schools, Dehradun, Ms. Advaita Kala- Author and film screen playwright (Kahani), Mr. Ashok Chakradhar-A renowned Hindi poet, writer and a media personality and Mr. Surender Sharma-A renowned humorous poet yesterday at the school premises. Mr. Laxmi Narain Goel, Chairman, Suncity School, Mr. Ankit Goel, Vice-Chairman, Suncity School, Ms. Rupa Chakravarty, Principal, Suncity School were the other dignitaries present at the occasion.

Some students performed amazing live band in the auditorium full of spirit. The junior Head girl gave a beautiful and meaningful welcome note and presented bamboo shoots and souvenir. Couple of students felicitated God Almighty and mesmerizing invocation dance. Later, Chief Guest along with management, distributed prize to the students for their remarkable achievements.

Rupa Chakravarty, Principal, Suncity School presented a prologue, the annual report of the school, followed by a short audio visual that highlighted the achievements of the school. “I congratulate and thank the management, faculty and parents for their extended abutment and motivation which has helped the School to be what it is today,” she said, adding, “Our students have achieved many stories this year by their hard work and dedication towards all the aspects of their education, I feel so proud to be known by the students and the school, it gives me immense pleasure. We have innovated the technologies for the students for their advancement and prosperity. Apart from the academics and co curricular our motto is to impart the best of Sanskaar in our children to help them become a complete individual.’
