Swacha Bharat Mission is a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi: PM, Modi

To mark the 100 year anniversary of Satyagrah movement, led by Mahatma Gandhi , Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the exhibition Swachagraha Bapu Ko Karyanjali, at the National Archives of India, New Delhi on Monday.
PM Modi, said that,the exhibition focusses to sensitise upcoming generations to achieve Gandhi’s dream of Clean India, where society’s reflection would be as clean as the thought within, of every individual of India.
These types of events are a way to achieve principles of Mahatma Gandhi. Now it’s a high time, to pay him a tribute through “Karyanjali” added Prime Minister.
While staying in Champaran, Gandhiji initiated the campaign of total cleaniness.
Modi, further said that, Gandhiji believed that cleaniness is more important than freedom of country.
Swacha Bharat Mission, is the way to fulfill Bapu’s dream of Swachagraha and currently 63% of India is open dedication free, told Modi.
