THE AUTHOR AJAY PAL NAGAR CLAIMS THAT KEJRIWAL HAS COPIED WORD TO WORD FROM HIS BOOK ‘BHARTIYA RAJ VYAVASTHA’ WRITEEN TWO YEARS BACK.

Greater Noida based school teacher Ajay Pal Nagar, who had authored a book titled “Bhartiya Raj Vyavastha’’  Who had alleged that the much hyped book titled ‘Swaraj’  written by AAP party chief Arvind Kejriwal is complete copy of his book and has filed a case of  intellectual theft (plagiarism) in the Chief District Magistrate court in Noida has written to publishers of the book Harpin Collins to withdraw the book immediately .

Ajay Pal Nagar , a government school teacher Dadri Tehsil of Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida in Uttar Pradesh, had got his book ‘Bhartiya  Raj Vyavastha’  published much before Kejriwal’s  ‘Swaraj’ (published by Harpin Collin) . Ajay pal who had worked on his book for ten long years with live references and experiences had written about  the systemic problem of Indian Government  and ways to change the system, battle against corruption at Panchayat level and democratisation of whole government.

Getting impressed  by Kejriwal Ajay Pal Nagar sent a copy of the book to him on March 12, 2012 . But after couple of months he found a book titled ‘Swaraj’ authored by Arvind Kejriwal published. Swaraj was total (Word to word) copy of his book with some government documents added.

“”Many paragraphs, pages, references, lines were lifted from my  book verbatim in piece mill method. The soul of ‘Swaraj’ was that of  my BHARTIYA RAJ VYAVASTHA’ which encompassed 70% of my book while the rest was RTI and social-work annexure type references which was not a writer’s job. Ultimately any writer, editor, publisher or even reader would come to a conclusion that this is a case of naked plagiarism.” Said Mr Ajay pal Nagar

Kejriwal in hurry in July published his book titled ‘Swaraj’. When Ajaypal eagerly waited for Kejriwal’s letter he came across news about Kejriwal’s book. Ajaypal read the book, he was shocked and stunned at the glaring similarities of Kejriwal’s book with his own.

Ajay Pal Nagar immediately went to police station to file a complaint , but getting no positive response approached the Chief District Magistrate court in Noida  in March 2013 ,before Delhi elections or any scope of Kejriwal becoming chief minister (Documents given below & Attached also) . The application was taken up and Arvind KEjriwal is likely to be issued notice soon from the court .

Reacting to Ajay Apl ‘s allegation Manish Sisodiya close of Kejriwal had reacted, ‘we are not contending that the book is written by us but is amalgamation of different articles.’ What does this mean? The writers name printed on the book is ‘Arvind Kejriwal’. He is portrayed as the sole author of the book unlike work by collected authors. What is the meaning of this paradox between Sisodiya’s statement and description of Arvind Kejriwal’s claim as an author? The most deadly thing Ajaypal Nagar and community of authors face is no media house or media person took this exclusive theft and plagiarism seriously.
