New Delhi, 1st August. Delhi BJP President Shri Satish Upadhyay today at a Press Conference said that Kejriwal Government has been publicizing itself as AAP KI SARKAR but today in Janta ki Adalat it stands as a Killer Government. Criminal negligence of this Government has led to many deaths. Due to the criminal negligence or connivance of Delhi Government officials & leaders in three recent unfortunate incidents people have lost their lives and the reaction of Delhi Government Ministers on them especially of Minister Satender Jain has shamed the people. Delhi BJP Media Incharge Praveen Shankar Kapoor was present in the Press Conference.
Shri Satish Upadhyay today met the family members of those who died in the house collapsed and the mo-bike rider Praveen Kumar who was killed after falling in a road pothole. Senior BJP Leaders former MLA Shri Pawan Sharma, Councillor Shri Krishan Gehlot, Shri Satender Singh, Shri Jaiveer Rana accompanied Shri Upadhyay.
Shri Upadhyay has said the three unfortunate incidents reflect criminal negligence of Delhi Government including its Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal due to which five innocent persons had to lose their lives.
Shri Upadhyay has said that the criminal negligence of Water Minister Kapil Mishra, MLA Naresh Balyan, local DJB officials and the DSIIDC Officials laying the sewer line in the area are responsible for the incident of building collapse in Mohan Garden of Uttam Nagar today in which three persons were killed.
Shri Upadhyay has said that the negligence of PWD of Delhi Government is accountable for the death of an innocent person driving motorcycle who fell in the pothole.
Shri Upadhyay also said that the negligence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his party leaders was the reason behind the suicide of Smt. Soni Mishra.
Delhi BJP President further said that Delhi Government’s Water Minister Kapil Mishra and local Legislator Naresh Balyan had full knowledge about the water logging in about 20 houses due to negligence in the work of laying sewer line but they did not take any concrete steps to solve this problem whereas the local citizens had brought this case into the knowledge of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Dy. Chief Minister Manish Sisodia several times. At last today this unfortunate incident happened about which the citizens had cautioned the Government many times.
Similarly, the officials of DJB had full knowledge about the pothole due to which a person had lost his life in Vasant Kunj but nobody cared about covering it up.
The Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other leaders of Aam Aadmi Party had full knowledge for the last 6 months of the role of Narela MLA Sharad Chauhan and other AAP Leaders in the incident of suicide of Smt. Soni Mishra. The Aam Aadmi Party leaders including Chief Minister did not listen to the complaint of Smt. Soni and finally she had to commit suicide.
Shri Upadhyay said that all these three incidents are indicative of the criminal negligence of the Aam Aadmi Party and its Government but the reaction of the AAP Government’s Ministers has ashamed the people of Delhi.
Delhi BJP strongly condemns the reaction of Minister Satender Jain on the incidents of Uttam Nagar and Vasant Kunj. Party President has said that the occupants of the house which collapsed were complaining to every Minister of the Government for the last 3 months along with their neighbours and the shamelessness with which Minister Satender Jain tried to deny the incident and also the way in which he tried to put the responsibility of Vasant Kunj incident on Police are indicative of his insensitivity. His insensitivity is just like Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and party President Dilip Pandey who advised Smt. Soni Mishra to compromise with the leaders who were harassing her when she was alive.
Delhi BJP President Shri Satish Upadhyay has said that BJP holds the criminal negligence of the Contractor, DSIIDC & Jal Board Officials, Water Minister Kapil Mishra & local MLA Naresh Balyan responsible for today’s house collapse at Uttam Nagar and demands criminal proceedings against them & their arrest.
