19th October, Lucknow: Today, Uttar Pradesh’s CM Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the first Virtual Online Mela which will house all the exclusive products from every district of Uttar Pradesh under the (One District One Product) ODOP Scheme and promote this unique scheme virtually.
Sidharth Nath Singh, Cabinet Minister for MSME – UP Govt, Chaudhary Udaybhan Singh, State Minister for MSME & Export Promotion – UP Govt, Navneet Sehgal, Additional Chief Secretary, MSME and Export Promotion, Dr Sangita Reddy, President, FICCI and Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, IEML and DG, EPCH were present during the inauguration of “Online Mela”.
The fair is being jointly organized by Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), UP Trade Promotion Authority – Government of Uttar Pradesh and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) during 19th October to 23rd October, 2020.

The 5 day fair will include informational webinars catering to the need of the design intervention, skill intervention, state of the art technology, banking, and handholding sessions to promote Exports and support schemes by the government of the state to reimage brand Uttar Pradesh and enhance business. First of its kind, (One District One Product) ODOP online fair is an initiative by the State Government where buyers will be able to directly connect with the sellers and artisans across the globe to have customized products according to the need of their market.
