New Delhi: (14/03/2019) After the Announcement by Election Commission that all seven seats of Lok Sabha Seats of Delhi will go to polls on May 12. Political Parties in Delhi are leaving no stone unturned by planning and organizing several meetings for the upcoming elections.
On Thursday, in National Capital, BJP Delhi State Office Bearers held a meeting with Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Delhi BJP Chief Manoj Tiwari along with Shyam Jaju, Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya and several senior leader addressed the Bjp state organisation meeting ahead of Lok Sabha Polls.
Addressing the office Bearers, Delhi BJP President, Manoj Tiwari said,
“There is no negativity in Modi ji thinking. Parties who are in alliance with BJP have been in ally from so long. I would like to tell that in Tamil Naidu AIADMK-BJP are in alliance.”
Hitting back at Kejriwal comment on, where he said that, Delhi is not the property of Manoj Tiwari’s father Modi’s fathers, Tiwari said,
“Arvind Kejriwal mammoth failure as CM is hitting hard in his face. Delhi understands his frustration and this is why he shamelessly attacked my late father who took immense pride in his poverty and was a far bigger nationalist unlike him.”
Speaking on the occasion, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said,
“Their is a positive image of BJP but still We have to work hard. Good work done by Delhi BJP will lead Bharatiya Janata Party in upcoming Lok Sabha Polls. We should win all the Delhi bjp seats and we have to win with bigger margins this time”
Targeting Congress, Sitaram said, “Had previous govt been more proactive, there would have been more deterrence: Defence Minister. Whatever had to be done after 26/11 Mumbai attacks was not done by previous govt.”
