Yamuna Authority Launches GIS based web portal, Know salient features!

(01/01/2018) Greater Noida :Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority today launched its GIS based web portal. The portal was launched by Meerut Commissioner and YEIDA Chairman Dr. Prabhat Kumar and Jewar MLA Thakur Dhirendra Singh in the presence of YEIDA CEO Arun Veer Singh and other senior officials of Yamuna Authority.
Speaking at the portal launch Dr. Prabhat Kumar said, “Our PM and CM are emphasizing more and more on digitization of documents and services and this initiative of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is in line with the same. This portal will help in promoting the much needed transparency in the authority as well as will also encourage ease of doing business”.
With the help of this GIS based web portal now investors can get to know about different plot allotment schemes, status etc. through online medium itself.
YEIDA GIS web portal has been designed to be bilingual. Different facilities being offered near a plot, Buffer analysis, distance measurement etc. are some of the features which are being offered through this portal.
Twitter Handle Also Launched:
On this occasion a twitter handle @YamunaAuthority was also launched by Yamuna Authority. The handle will be used to broadcast different information related to Authority as well as will be used to take direct feedback from people and resolve citizen issues.
