20-yr-old man admits killing 9 girls, broke their legs before rape
A 20-year-old man, who was arrested from Uttar Pradesh, has confessed to raping and killing at least nine girls aged between three and seven over the past two years, Gurugram Police said on Wednesday. An officer said, "He used to first break the legs of the victims before attempting rape." He was caught after rape-murder of a three-year-old last week.
