21st Chaman Lal Memorial Awards Organized by Chaman Lal Memorial society

New Delhi, 9^th April 2015, Kamani Auditorium – A Perfect evening was hosted by Chaman Lal Memorial society to present the21^st Chaman Lal Memorial Awards at Kamani Auditorium, New Delhi. The chief guest at the event was Padma Vibhushan Pt. Hari Prasad Chaurasia (World Renowned Flautist).

These awards are conferred every year in the memory of Late Sh. Chaman Lal with the objective to acknowledge and honor people who have with their different back stage expertise created magical moments on stage for some of the most outstanding presentations of dance, drama, music etc.

The society is proud to announce that the special honor will be conferred on the following eminent theatre personalities:

SH D.P. SINHA (noida) for enriching the performing arts particularly the theatre world with his extraordinary talent.

Sh. Arun Kumar TRIVEDI (lucknow) will be conferred with the Award for Excellence in Stage Lighting.

Sh. Hari Kholia (new delhi) will be honored with the Award for Excellence in Make-Up.

The awards ceremony was followed by a 40 minutes Multimedia show of “SURMAYEE” designed and directed by Shri R.K. Dhingra, a veteran in this field.
