3 developments to curb Noida’s parking menace
We spend so many hours travelling every-day and parking issues add to the woes. In city like Noida finding a parking space can be a task. But soon the city will say bye to parking issues as the city authority plans many multi-level parking projects.
Noida Authority is planning to develop a premium parking zone in the city’s prime shopping destination — Sector 18. Currently an Rs 250-crore multi-level parking space is under construction here and is expected to house nearly 4000 vehicles.
The Gurdwara, near Centre Stage Mall, Sector 18 is developing a parking space to house 150 vehicles on each of its two basement floors. This parking space will be built over 2,200 square meters.
Noida Authority will also be developing a 23 level, with six floor multi-level parking space at the Botanical Garden Metro station. According to the recent developments, this project will be split into three parts to enable three companies to work on the same. This parking will accommodate 7300 vehicles and the work is expected to start in January 2015.
Smart townships are the way forward as they aim to address a number of problems that Indian cities are facing, one of which is parking. Wave City Center is the first smart township in Delhi NCR which will cater to the issue and will have parking space for 43,000 vehicles for residents and visitors. This project will have smart parking solutions which will not only save your time but also fuel.
