30-YEAR-OLD THRASHED, SHOT AT IN NOIDA

A 30-year-old man was beaten up and shot at in Greater Noida’s Dankaur on Saturday. He was taken to the District Hospital, where his condition is said to be stable.

The victim has been identified as Irshad, who ferries vegetables in his lorry from Phase II to Dankaur. According to police, Irshad had an argument with one Rohit, who is in the same business, last week. Rohit had purportedly threatened him with dire consequences.
