80 crore people to get wheat at ₹2 per kg and rice at ₹3 per kg for the next three months: Javadekar

Union Minister Prakash Javadekar on Wednesday announced that rice and wheat will be given at concessional rates for the next three months to around 80 crore Indian citizens. "The cost of wheat which is at ₹27 will be provided at ₹2. The cost of rice which is at ₹37 will be provided at ₹3," he added.
