New Delhi (July 24, 2026): The 8th Central Pay Commission (8th CPC) has issued a notice inviting Associations, Federations, and Unions representing Central Government and Union Territory (UT) employees to participate in stakeholder consultations scheduled to be held in Delhi next month.

According to the official notice dated 23 July 2026, the Commission will hold interaction sessions on 7 August 2026 (Friday) and 10 August 2026 (Monday). These meetings are exclusively meant for associations and unions of Central Government and UT employees that are located or registered in Delhi.

The Commission has requested eligible stakeholders who have already submitted their memorandum but have not yet interacted with the Commission, either in Delhi or in any State/UT, to submit an online request for an appointment. Applications must be submitted by 31 July 2026 along with the unique Memo ID generated during the memorandum submission process. Details regarding the venue and timing of the meetings will be communicated separately to the selected participants.

The notice further clarifies that the 8th Central Pay Commission plans to organize additional consultation meetings in Delhi as well as across various States and Union Territories over the coming months. Information regarding these future meetings will be published on the Commission’s official website.

Stakeholders based outside the Delhi-NCR region have also been assured that they will have the opportunity to interact with the Commission in their respective States/UTs or at nearby locations during subsequent consultation rounds.

The consultations are expected to play a significant role in gathering feedback and recommendations from employee representative bodies before the Commission finalizes its recommendations on salary structures, allowances, pensions, and other service-related benefits for Central Government employees and pensioners.

The notice has been issued by Abhay N. Sahay, Deputy Secretary, 8th Central Pay Commission, marking another important step in the Commission’s ongoing stakeholder engagement process.
