83-year-old goes to court against son

An 83-year-old man has moved a city court to lodge an FIR against his younger son, who allegedly cheated him and grabbed his property and fixed deposits. Following the court’s rap, police have lodged an FIR and are investigating the case.

The victim, A P Garg (name changed), is a resident of Sector 52 and lives with his physically-challenged daughter. He has two married sons. His elder son takes care of a publication house and lives with his family in Sector 41, while the younger one runs a computer institute and lives in Sector 61.
