In 2016 Startups take vows to bring change in society: Invest to strengthen their CSR initiatives
While corporate have been investing in Corporate social responsibility from a while, it’s the new age startups that have joined the race. These startups have taken a vow to strengthen their CSR initiatives this year, few of them have in fact started setting aside a budget for the same and few have officially incorporated in their HR vertical.
Travel Triangle, a comprehensive travel market place that connects customers with verified holiday planners, has announced a Startup Social Responsibility (SSR). TravelTriangle believe it is not the size of the company or startup which determines what can it do for the society, it is the intent behind it.
To start this TT Employees have come together to make this winter warmer for the homeless. They are donating warm clothes to under privileged people. TT is midst of revamping its HR vertical and they have started the process by implementing SSR. Going forward TT will only go from strength to strength in its SSR.
This is a first time ever any start up in India has initiated this or has officially introduced this in their system.
