Power firms go to HC against CAG audit

The three discoms in the capital on Friday appealed in the Delhi high court against the government’s decision to order a CAG audit of their finances.

A single judge had recently refused to stay the government’s direction. The appeal will now be heard on February 14, after a division bench of Chief Justice N V Ramana listed it for hearing on that date.
