Lacking strength in #Rajya Sabha, govt to get boost with 7 nominated members

The forthcoming biennial election to 13 Rajya Sabha seats in six states on March 21 may not give the
ruling NDA an edge in the upper House but it stands to gain by recommending seven nominated members who
