Thanks for waiving Delhiites water bills till Nov 2015.
I as honest citizen had deposited my non paid bill of Rs 12, 965/- on July 11, 2015 (Paid bill receipt attached K no 3075920000 at 54 Kiran Vihar, Delhi 110092 .
Kindly tell me what is my fault as being honest. You want all Delhiites to become dishonest.
You are forcing us not to pay bill regularly in future and wait till they are waived
Kindly look into the matter and do the need full so that honest do not become dishonest under your golden rule as claimed by you
