Goods carrying vehicles have this common tendency of loading the iron roads of very big sizes which comes much outside the vehicle & many a times, it proves fatal. On evening of 30th March 2016, while I was passing through All India Radio, Mahmoorganj, I saw a Tata 207 vehicle with Iron road loaded on it. It was dangerous because the Iron roads were much outside (about 6.5 feet) the vehicle. I overtook the vehicle safely and got it stopped just before Padmini Hotel, Mahmoorganj, Varanasi. Called up 100 and the Circle Officer, Chetganj on 9454401637. Within a few minutes, Police reached there, took it to the Sigra Police station & challaned the vehicle under various provisions of Motor Vehicle Act. The local citizens were of the opinion that if police starts taking action on complaint by common citizens in such a prompt way, the picture of society is bound to change.
