Leader of Opposition Mr. Vijender Gupta today raised the issue of corruption of water tanker scam amounting to Rs. 400 Crore. He was not allowed to raise the issue. CM Kejriwal, in turn, raised the issue of so called pension scam of his wife Dr. Shobha Vijender. Mr. Gupta alleged that the facts finding committee report was suppressed by the Chief Minister.
Mr. Gupta told that the truth is that on the request of a 72 year old 54% disabled sikh lady. Dr. Shobha Vijender visited her home to see her condition. She was moved by her disability and agreed to help her in whatever way possible for her medicines. Considering her special case, Dr. Shobha forwarded her pension request on medical and humanitarian grounds.
Senior Citizen Charanjeet Singh Bhatia, who was her husband, was made to run pillar to post by CMO to know about the status of pension to his handicapped wife. He approached CIC on his own behest to inquire about the delay.
The Charges of CM are politically motivated. It shows how low he can go for political mileage.

Mr. Gupta alleged in the Delhi Vidhan Sabha today that the full page advertisement in today’s newspapers in Delhi and Punjab about appointing Punjabi teacher in every school is politically motivated. It has been moved to brighten AAP chances in view of elections in Punjab. No budget for the posts has been earmarked. The posts have not been created. The Govt. has hurriedly announced the scheme.
LOP wanted to know why the issue has been projected in Punjab. It is a matter of revenue wastage. It is the money of Delhi’s taxpayers. CM has no right to waste it.
