New Delhi: Wrestler Babita Phogat said that in what positon we are the credit goes our parents.Our father Mahavir Singh Phogat who helped us both the sisters to become a wrester companion.
Babita Phogat while addressing the event her in New Delhi said that our parents
“He is too tough, too strict. But we know how to get our way with him. If he wants him to buy us something, we wait until we have done some strenuous training and then pop the question,” said Babita.
She said that there is some change but it is too little and too slow
“I would estimate that the lives of about 85-90% of the girls in my village are as limited as they have ever been,” she said.
She further added that our parents who had helped hard while promoting our career but at the same time both of us are now have done what we had not think off.
The 5th National CSR summit based on the theme “Enhancing Opportunities to change the destiny of sports” in India organised by Shikhar Organisation at Indian Habitat Centre on Tuesday here in New Delhi.
