TINY TOTS OBSERVED EARTH WEEK

Delhi: Made Easy Preschool, located in Chattarpur sparked of a cleanliness drive week on the account of approaching World Earth Day on 22nd April. The teachers, students and the school staff have planned various activities to create awareness on keeping the environment clean.
Cleaning of nearby areas of the school was done on the first day of the campaign, while on second-day students and teachers expressed their concern on the overuse of plastic causing damage to environment and animal life. Also different posters were painted and pasted in nearby areas by the students to spread a message among the people on the importance of conservation of environment resources and along with this the people were also requested to plant a tree on Earth Day. The whole seven day campaign is named as “Earth Week”.
“Conserving the environment is the need of hour, and this is what we are trying to convey to our students. Enlightening children about their social duties, is a step towards their holistic growth. We will continue to explore such opportunities in future too”, said Ms. Jyoti Singh, MD, Made Easy Preschool. While the toddlers are learning as well as enjoying the activities, parents are also joining the campaign with their children.
