Maharashtra’s IAS officer Radheshyam Laxman Rao alleged of being involved in atrocities

Sakharam Dattu father of Satish Mangle, held a press conference at Press Club of India in New Delhi to bring out atrocities committed by Radhey Shyam Laxman Rao, IAS, who is also the vice chairman of MSRDC, threatens my son life, my son is running for his life for past 10 months, he told media.
He further said that, IAS officer had abducted my son on August 17,2016. As soon as the information about my son abduction came to us, we had complained to the Mumbai police but due to the pressure of the IAS, our FIR was not registered and on contrary he left some criminal behind us.
When we got the information we fled and went to Satara, Maharashtra. My son filed a suit against him in the Vasai court, where the investigation is pending, he added.

He concluded the press conference by saying that, while many cases against IAS are being investigated by ED, however authorities are stalling all Investigations due to his position.
