Delhi University Teachers lodge complaint against Non-teaching staff following an altercation

All teaching staff of Delhi University has today lodged a complaint against non-teaching following a scuffle that happened during evaluation of examination copies.

The complaint also particularly mentions a non-teaching staff named Mr. Francis, who the complainant claims to be a repeat offender.

In complaint given to SHO Hauz Khas non teaching staff says that they have long ignored this behavior but their liberal views were taken for granted and now they demand strict action.
Mr Francis version couldn’t be obtained till the writing of this story.
