Modi government provides cover to corrupt officials: AAP

NEW DELHI :  Lashing out at the BJP government, AAP spokesperson Aashutosh has alleged that Modi government has been providing cover to some corrupt official.

“BJP government is trying to crush all the opposition parties with no regards for the law. Rampant raids are being carried out by CBI on their direction,” he said. “But, when it comes to their own party members who are somewhere involved in the scam, flaunting all rules, they provide cover and protection to them.”

Alleging the BJP’s Union minister J P Nadda is providing cover to Vineet Chaudhary,  former director AIIMS who is accused of seven-thousand-crore  scam in AIIMS, Aushotosh said, “BJP government recently gave a clean chit to the corrupt officer which has put the CBI investigation in Jeopardy.”

CBI has said that they are unable to probe the issue because the health ministry not providing the documents for scrutiny. “This in itself,” Ashotosh alleges, “that the government is providing cover to the corrupt officials.”
