#HaryanaMayhem : HC Slams Government, “You Allowed Violence For Political Benefit”
Honorable Haryana high Court is mincing no words to slam Haryan Government for Yesterday’s violence.
In an unprecedented statement Haryana Government today said that Government has allowed violence for political benefits.
An awkward calm prevailed in Punjab and Haryana on Saturday after incidents of violence on Friday left 30 people dead following the Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh’s conviction in a 15-year-old rape case. Army units patrolled several areas across the two states through the night that were affected in the Friday mayhem. The riots left nearly 250 others injured.
