DM N P Singh transferred after fresh violence in Saharanpur

One person has died and several others were injured in fresh violence on May 24 between Thakur and Dalit community in Saharanpur.

UP chief Minister Adityanath has ordered a team of four members to take up the enquiries and visit the spot.

Following the fresh violence DM N P Singh was transferred from duty on State governments order.

SSP has also been transferred and two other senior police officials have also been suspended.
