MP Government prohibits arrest without investigation in SC-ST act!
Madhya Pradesh government has prohibited arrest without investigation under SC-ST Act.
Chief Minister informed of this decision through a tweet in which he said, "Misuse of SC-ST act will not be allowed in Madhya Pradesh. There will be no arrest without investigation."
