In today’s India, there are different schools for poor class, middle class and the higher class. On the other hand privatization of education can be widely seen and private education can be easily afforded by the rich class but the poor section was deprived from getting quality education as it can’t afford heavy expenses.

According to a protesters, the Allahabad High court on a judgement passed on August 18, 2015, the higher court in its judgement said that the children of ministers, government officials, government contractors or every other person who directly took money from the government should be made compulsory to educate them in government schools only.

While the protesters believe that the implementation of this law will bridge the gap of education among different classes, the children of ministers, government officials, laborers and farmers will get discrimination free education under one roof.

The private education institutions focuses more on their business perspective and takes heavy fees to earn more money.
