Srilanka Blasts: I am in constant touch with Indian High Commissioner in Colombo, Says EAM Sushma Swaraj

New Delhi: At least 42 people have been killed and hundreds injured after explosions in three churches and three hotels in and around the Sri Lankan capital of Colombo, according to sources.

The blasts hit several high-end hotels and a church in Colombo, while two other churches were targeted outside Colombo, Sri Lanka police told news agency AFP.

Several explosions also reported around the country including Kochchikade & Katana churches & five star hotels in Colombo.

EAM Sushma Swaraj on multiple blasts in Srilanka, said, I am in constant touch with Indian High Commissioner in Colombo. We are keeping a close watch on the situation.
