300 Indians landed back home from #CoronaVirus affected Whuan in China

New Delhi (02/02/2020): A total of 300 people including 200 males (Incl. 3 child), and 100 females (Incl. 1 girl child) reached this forenoon to Chhawla facility of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP). They are now looked after by the expert team of Doctors. Today’s arrivals also include 7 persons from Maldives. 1 Female from Bangladesh married to Indian is also in the group.

There are total 7 families in the group.

Let us also inform you, with this, the total number of quarantine persons at ITBP Chhawla is 404 out of total 656 people who reached New Delhi since yesterday.

Periodical checkups being done as per medical protocol. All tests are negative till now. Food, bed and other basic requirements are catered. Sufficient amount of medicines are also kept at the centre.

4 isolation beds are also kept ready in case any urgent situation arises.
