Message from DM Gautam Buddh Nagar regarding containment zones

As per guidelines of MHA and State Govt, GBN has been divided into Containment and Non Containment zones Inside containment zone only Supply/Movement of Emergency services, Essential goods/services allowed Nobody from this zone allowed to attend work,move outside this zone.

Containment zones – 2 type. Hotspot-1case – perimeter min 400m. Hotspot-2 or 2+cases – perimeter apx. 1km. They are defined based on – contact tracing – Enforceability – Other admin factors Presently 34 cont. zones. Actual perimeter shall be finalised by tom. after field inspection.

In Non Containment zones, all activities permitted as per MHA/StateGovt guidelines shall be allowed
All necessary permissions shall be issued IMMEDIATELY and ONLINE.
For SEZ and EOU,Development Commissioner,GoI shall issue permission in consultation with incident commander.

In Non containment zone,For such categories of Industry permitted under the guidelines, an online portal is being developed, permissions shall be issued online by Respective Authorities/UPSIDC/Incident Commanders, as the case may be. Portal should be ready by tomorrow.

InNon Containment zones, “In situ” construction activities shall be allowed. Authorities shall give permission to the Builders. The process shall be published by the authorities.

All shops inside gated residential group housing complex are allowed. All shops selling essential goods in market and market complexes are allowed. Private offices can operate with upto 33%strength, rest work from home Govt offices can open only as per guidelines.

Restriction on Inter state movement/Inter district movement stands as before. NO Interstate/Interdistrict movement of personnel allowed for permitted activities also.(Except for previously allowed purpose like Covid duty, emergency services, etc..)

For the use of vehicles, restrictions with respect to social distancing as specified by MHA/StateGovt shall be in force. You are requested to kindly follow. Violaters shall be dealt with firmly.
