Software to replace manual customs check at IGI

 Software technology will soon replace the routine of singling out and frisking airport passengers based on discretion currently practised at all airports nationwide.

Advanced Passenger Profiling System-developed by National Informatics Centre and installed at IGI’s Terminal 3 on March 6-is a database-driven system that records details of every passenger entering or leaving the country.
