Padma Shri Dr K K Aggarwal , Former IMA President hospitalized, social media unites in prayer

Former IMA president and one of the most well-known doctors of the country, Dr KK Aggarwal has been hospitalized following COvid-19 related complications.

According to details shared by his team from Heart Care foundation and Medtalks, Dr Aggarwal is being given best possible treatments and a team of qualified doctors are observing his health.

“He has contributed immensely for the welfare of society and we urge all his well wishers to pray for his health,” a statement said.

Meanwhile, soon after the medical details of his health condition became public, twitter users rallied on his account to extend their best wishes and prayers for an early recovery.

“May he get well soon and keep serving the needy,” wrote a user. There were also few users who questioned the efficacy of Covid-19 vaccine, given the fact that Dr Aggarwal’s vaccination video had gained quite popularity on social media.

“He has received both the doses. As per his update on social media he got the second jab 11 weeks ago, so what happens to the claims that one can’t get serious with covid after having got both doses,” questioned a twitter user.

Meanwhile, people are waiting with baited breath to receive more recent update of his health, hoping that he recovers soon.
