New Delhi, 8 June 2022: A fire broke out in the electric motor parking in Jamia Nagar area in Delhi on Wednesday, resulting in severe damage of several automobiles and e-rickshaws.
Over 10 cars, 3 two-wheelers and 80 e-rickshaws have caught fire, officials said. The Delhi fire services were informed of the incident at 5 am in the morning and over 11 fire trucks were deployed to the incident, according to sources.
The fire services were successful in containing the fire and no casualties have been reported.
