New Delhi, July 9, 2022: In conversation with Ten News, The Passport Man of India, Dr. Dnyaneshwar Manohar Mulay, a member of the NHRC, a former Indian Foreign Service diplomat, talked about his future endeavours and his sole mission in life.
“My mission in life is the movement of positivity where I will work to promote dignity, equality, and justice, which is guaranteed by the constitution among all sections of society,” he said.
“We will have an institute on positivity,” he declared. “There we will have a curriculum on positivity, we already have that structure available.”
He also talked about the initiative Rescuing Every Distressed Indian Overseas (REDIO). “Overseas Indians, they have troubles. We need to help them, rescue them, and bring them back,” he said.
Dr. Mulay further spoke about working on a program to enhance the dignity of widows, improve their acceptance in society, and take them away from the ritualism that humiliates them in their day-to-day lives.
“We are encouraging officers to adopt one village,” he said. “So that whatever they have received from the society they all start giving back to the society, quite early in their life,” Dr Mulay added.
“The idea is to teach, train, and transform individuals, institutions, and society,” Dr. Mulay stated.
