Delhi, Sept 19th, 2022: Setting the pitch for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and the upcoming Gujarat state elections in December, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, and AAP convener said that he had no plan yet to join the anti-BJP alliance.
Kejriwal was speaking at the first national convention of the elected representatives of the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi.
Asking his party members to shift focus from the anti-BJP alliance to working for the assembly polls, he called for uniting 130 crore citizens of India. “AAP’s growing popularity in Gujarat has rattled BJP”, he said.
He further said that BJP was trying to destroy his party by accusing members of false charges such as corruption.
Both the parties, Kejriwal-led AAP and Modi-led BJP have set their eyes on the Gujarat assembly elections and have been highly campaigning for the same.
