The federal government petitioned the Supreme Court on December 15 for an extension of time until March 15, 2023 to pay arrears under the One Rank-One Pension (OROP) plan to all qualified armed services pensioners.
This is the government’s second request for an extension to pay the arrears, after its initial request to the Supreme Court in June for three months to compute and pay.
